SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• The logistics company will attempt delivery of your ONE package up to three times in case of unavailability.
• A 6-digit OTP is now required by the logistics company upon delivery, as per their new rule.
• It’s essential to answer their calls and be available at the communicated delivery time.
• In case of suspected fake delivery, a thorough investigation will be conducted, taking 7-8 days to determine the next steps.

Additional Shipping Information:

• We provide FREE SHIPPING Pan India for all Pre-Paid orders above Rs. 500. Cash-on-delivery is not accepted. Please note that shipping rates displayed during checkout are final.
• Tracking information will be emailed within 72 hours of order confirmation.
• Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt on business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
• Estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from order confirmation.
• In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additional transit days may be required for delivery. We will notify you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay in shipping your order.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.
• The logistics company will attempt delivery up to three times. Many logistics companies now require a 6-digit OTP for delivery, as per their new terms. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number before delivery is attempted. It is necessary to provide the OTP or be available to answer their calls. Failure to do so releases ONE Beverages from obligations to refund or reattempt delivery. If a false delivery attempt is made, please email drinkoneshop@gmail.com. A thorough investigation will take approximately 7-8 days to determine the next steps.
• Orders will be delivered to the specified address in the order details. A nominal fee will be charged to revise information and retry delivery in case of an address change. No refunds will be provided. Please ensure accurate address/pin code details when placing your order for smooth delivery.
