RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns and Cancellation:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Return requests are accepted only if the received product(s) are damaged.
  • The buyer must contact us at drinkoneshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods, mentioning the order number, reason for return, and providing pictures of the damaged products.
  • In case of leakage, images/videos of the product are required for further inspection.
  • The products must be unused, untampered with, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • All products must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup.

Minor Damages in Transit:

  • In some cases, cans/bottles may get slightly dented during transit, which does not affect the quality of ONE products. We do not offer returns for minor dents.
  • For major leakages, please refer to the Returns and Cancellation policy.

 Refunds:

  • Returned products will be inspected, and the buyer will receive a notification confirming receipt.
  • After inspection, a second notification regarding the refund status will be sent.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the buyer’s credit card or original payment method.
  • The credit will be received within a certain number of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. Returns only.
